The USC WorkWell Center provides programs, resources, and services to USC benefits-eligible faculty, staff, post-docs, and retirees. They provide counseling, coaching, and many additional health and well-being related services. You can learn about the services they provide by visiting their website.

Office of the Ombuds
The Office of the Ombuds is a safe and confidential place to share your USC-related issues with a University Ombuds. They work with you to explore options or paths to manage your concern. Their services include individual consultations, mediations and facilitated conversations, and conflict and communication coaching. Culture Journey Team
The Culture Team engages leaders and school/unit stakeholders to support culture-focused programs and projects, provides actionable data to shape systems aligned with our Unifying Values, and assists with setting strategic priorities that drive positive culture change at USC.
